1. Overview
AI Creator Assistant provides AI-powered tools to help creators plan, write, organize, and improve social media content. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use paid features of the service.
3. Accounts
Access is provided through email login codes. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for activity that happens through your account.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through the billing provider used at checkout, such as Stripe or Apple. You can cancel to stop future billing. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
5. Usage limits and fair use
Plans may include usage limits, including limits on AI messages, AI generations, requests, storage, or other service activity. Limits may vary by plan, trial, account, device, feature, billing provider, availability, or abuse-prevention needs. We may count, reset, adjust, throttle, suspend, or enforce usage limits to protect the service and prevent overuse, misuse, automated use, or unusually heavy demand. Unused AI messages or generations do not roll over unless we clearly state otherwise.
6. Refunds
Unless required by law or handled differently by the billing provider, charges are non-refundable once billed. If you purchased through Apple, Apple may handle cancellation and refund requests under its own policies.
7. AI-generated content
AI Creator Assistant uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, drafts, plans, captions, scripts, and related content. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and deciding whether to use any output.
8. No professional advice or guaranteed results
The service provides educational and strategic creator support. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, mental health, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee followers, views, engagement, income, brand deals, sales, platform growth, or any other result.
9. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, post, or publish using ideas from the service. This includes making sure your content follows applicable laws, platform rules, copyright and trademark rules, music and media rights, advertising rules, and disclosure requirements for sponsorships, gifted products, affiliate links, testimonials, endorsements, and paid partnerships.
10. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, spammy, or unsafe content.
- Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use the service to mislead people, impersonate others, or violate platform rules.
11. Data storage and availability
The service may store account data, chat history, calendar entries, and other content to provide app features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent storage. You are responsible for keeping copies of content that is important to you.
12. Intellectual property
You are responsible for the content you provide and publish. AI Creator Assistant owns the service, design, branding, software, and platform materials. You may use generated drafts and ideas for your own lawful creator content, subject to these Terms.
13. Third-party services
AI Creator Assistant may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, AI responses, analytics, app distribution, and other operations. These providers may include Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Resend, Apple, and similar service providers.
14. Service changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service, users, or others.
15. Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses, data issues, platform outcomes, business results, or decisions made based on AI output.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
